Nestled in the heart of the Vosges Mountains in the Grand-Est region of France, it is the ideal location for a holiday out in nature with the many attractions it has to offer.There are many activities for families in Gérardmer, which is very popular during the summer. Take a boat or paddleboat ride on the lake, or try paddleboarding and feel like the only person on the planet… You will not get bored! You will have something to do all season long. All you have to do is walk along the lakefront to feel like you are on holiday… Hikers and athletes will be in heaven with all of the sports available in this mountain resort town.

At Au Clos de la Chaume, 3-star campsite in Gérardmer, you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated to an average of 26 degrees Celsius from May 1 to September 20. You will be close to the lake, where you can enjoy the water after hiking through the region.

Lake Gérardmer is the largest natural lake in the Vosges, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports.
