How do we pay for our trip?

You can pay for your trip:

  • by credit card: fast and secure payment on our website
  • with ANCV holiday vouchers: mail to the campsite directly within 7 days of booking
  • with ANCV holiday voucher connect
  • by bank transfer: our bank information is indicated on your booking confirmation
  • You can pay your balance by check. For the deposit, please contact us.
What time are check-in and check-out?

Rental check-in is 4:00-7:00 p.m.; please check out by 10:00 a.m. If you arrive late, reception may be closed, so you must inform us at +33(0)6 85 19 62 55. Pitches are available starting at 1:30 p.m. in high season (2:00 p.m. in low season).

Can I have more information about the pool?

Open May 1 to September 20, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every day. The average water temperature is 26 degrees Celsius. The pool cover is UV resistant, so we recommend that you do not use sunscreen. The side panels can be opened while the UV-resistant roof stays in place.

Is there Wifi at the campsite?

There is free, limited Wifi in the games-pool area. Paid Wifi is also available in all rentals and at all pitches.

Is there a security deposit?

A €300 security deposit (by credit card, check, or cash) is required for your rental accommodation. It will be collected upon arrival and returned to you at departure or within two weeks after check-out if no damage has occurred. A €20 security deposit is also required for your gate badge.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in some of our rentals (see the accommodations page) and on all pitches for a daily fee per pet (see the campsite for more information). Pets must be leashed and their up-to-date vaccination record may be requested at any time. Pets may not be left alone in rentals for their safety and well-being.

Do you have baby kits?

Baby kits with a highchair and crib are available for rent, subject to availability. Reserve them directly when booking or afterwards by phone.

Can I reserve multiple rentals / pitches next to each other?

All you have to do is add a note on your booking and we will do our best to fulfill your request.However, you should book as soon as possible, as we may not be able to do so at the last minute.

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

You can pay for your trip with ANCV holiday vouchers and ANCV connect.

Are swim trunks allowed?

Yes, but please wear swim briefs if possible. Infants must wear diapers specifically designed for swimming.

Can I grill at the campsite? Are electric grills allowed?

Yes, grills (charcoal, gas and electric) are allowed, but may be prohibited at certain times, such as during heat waves; just ask when you arrive. In rental accommodations, grills are allowed a safe distance from decks, tables, hedges and trees.
